FLEXVIT "Bands Reloaded Pro" - the basics of functional training with bands

In the first class we will go over the “essentials” of training with bands. Here, the main focus is on the “why” and “how”. In doing so, we look at the fundamentals of human movement – walking – as a starting point for analysis, possible corrections and ultimately improving performance, both for everyday life and for the performance-oriented athlete. Human movement and training is thus considered under a functional aspect, which can be optimally influenced with ligaments.

Course participants will learn the seven basic human movements, be able to analyze them in terms of predominant compensation patterns, and gain the ability to correct them with ligaments and other aids, as well as design an uplifting workout.
